History of the Beachcombers
237 Ridge Road, Ridgeway Ont.
Welcome to Beachcombers Seniors Club
“Beachcomber Seniors”
is an organized and friendly group of energetic individuals over ‘50’, many retirees, from the Ridgeway/Crystal beach area.
We own a modern, well equipped, functional club building in Ridgeway, Ontario.
We have an elected board, president and directorship.
It is a place to make new friends, meet old friends, learn new skills, develop hobbies,
enjoy interaction in any of the many groups and attend special dinner events and pot lucks every month.
We have classes in upholstery, crafting, quilting and more,
line-dancing, tai-chi and occasionally other pursuits.
We have groups that play euchre, cribbage, shutter cards,
“Scrabble”, shuffleboard, pickle ball and darts.
We have an arts group with experienced artists.
The group that meets to sew “Dresses for Africa”,
the crafts group and the quilting and more group are
always accepting new members and will provide instruction
in the various activities.
And we are always open to trying something new.
Everyone is invited and welcome in any of the groups.
Each of these groups is represented on their own page.
Just go to the links bar at the top and click on a group
for photos, contacts, commentary and contacts
and to learn about each and every group.
